Wedding Breakfast for One Hundred and Fifty in a Marquee
Simon and I hired 'Dine with Michelle' to cater for our wedding in August 2010. From the outset we were really impressed with their friendly, yet thoroughly professional approach to everything. They managed to get us organised and came up with loads of ideas on what we needed to arrange for the day, besides the food, most of which we had not even thought about. Michelle could be a wedding planner! From the outset, to the 'Masterchef' menu tasting in our kitchen and the wedding day itself, Simon and I both had the best day of our lives and Dine with Michelle definately contributed to make it the success it was. Their superb professional approach meant that neither of us was worried on the day as we knew we could trust them to deliver the goods to the highest standard. We have no hesitation in recommending them for weddings, or any catering event.

I just wanted to get in touch and let you know that from first contacting you, to your last email, the service you have provided has been truly fantastic and I could not have expected anything better. The range of menu options that you offer was superb and I was impressed at your flexibility around these which allowed us to tailor our menu perfectly to the exacting requirements of our guests. The service you provided on the day was just super and you were all highly professional, especially when we forced you to join in our shennanigans - sorry about that! I would honestly recommend DM Klassic Catering to anyone and I think that I will have to organise another event in order to enjoy your service and food again! Informal Barbeque for Twenty
A big thank you to Michelle, Kevin and David at DM Klassic Catering. After a day 4x4 driving and paintballing, a hearty BBQ was just what we needed, but none of us expected the food or service we received. The food was homemade and delicious with more than enough side dishes to boot, then just as we thought things couldn't get any better, dessert was served. Food worthy of a place on the menu of a Michelin Star restaurant, rather than an outdoor activity barn in Wales! Michelle's communications prior to the event were second to none, even with her busy schedule, she responded to each email personally, which as the event organisor made my life easier and gave me confidence in the DMKC team. I can't recommend these guys enough and look forward to working with you again.

When you are faced with the challenge of providing a party for troops returning from Afghanistan with an extremely tight budget and when your military chefs have already been committed elsewhere, choosing the right catering company is the key to success.
When Dine with Michelle was recommended, a call was made. With no hesitation Michelle, David and Kevin travelled to Catterick and made you feel immediately at ease. I would just like to say how impressed we were with the dinner party that you organised for us, at our home. Everything about it was fantastic, from the initial consultations to ensure that you knew exactly what we required, to the delicious food and beautiful presentation of the dinning room on the day. The attention and great care taken with every little detail truly made it a night that everyone will remember for all the right reasons. Nothing was too much trouble and everything on the night ran like clockwork. All I had to do was relax and get myself ready to greet my guests. Then to top it my entire kitchen was left sparkling clean for me. What a fantastic evening, we all enjoyed ourselves immensely, especially the food. Who'd have thought that a BBQ could be of such quality? After a great day climbing the slabs, we were all feeling a little hungry, but none of us were expecting such a setting, views, linen, silverware and crockery. Your sumptuous display of BBQ’ed racks of lamb, tuna and fillet steaks, side dishes and desserts were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. It was a very special night for us and we have had never ending compliments about both the food and the service at the party. I simply cannot thank you enough for all your efforts in making the night run so smoothly. It was a delight to be guests at our own party and to have complete confidence in you and your staff. Your Chef Kevin, was very professional and I was glad to have had the opportunity to meet him and discuss the menu prior to the night itself. On the night, the canapes, main course and dessert were all delicious, presented beautifully and served with a smile. It was evident that good quality ingredients were used and great care and attention had been devoted to the preparation and presentation.
