After a great day climbing the slabs, we were all feeling a little hungry, but none of us were expecting such a setting, views, linen, silverware and crockery.  Your sumptuous display of BBQ’ed racks of lamb, tuna and fillet steaks, side dishes and desserts were mouthwatering and cooked to perfection.  Just one point, where did you hide the gourmet kitchen when we were miles from anywhere? What a fantastic lunch, a big thank you from us all for your tremendous work and ingenuity.

Formal Dinner Party for twelve with VIP Guests.

I would just like to say how impressed we were with the dinner party that you organised for us, at our home.  Everything about it was fantastic, from the initial consultations to ensure that you knew exactly what we required, to the delicious food and beautiful presentation of the dinning room on the day.  The attention and great care taken with every little detail truly made it a night that everyone will remember for all the right reasons.  Nothing was too much trouble and everything on the night ran like clockwork.  All I had to do was relax and get myself ready to greet my guests.  Then to top it my entire kitchen was left sparkling clean for me. I would truly recommend your services to anybody that wants to take the effort and stress out of hosting a wonderful and unforgettable dinner party.  I can’t thank you enough!
