Michelle previously enjoyed a fulfilling career and rapid rise providing catering services for an international company, before deciding to branch out and create her own business that promises and delivers inspired, individual and bespoke personal catering experiences. Dine with Michelle has finally grown from an aspiration and dream into a successful business. Michelle’s strengths lie in her creative flair, attention to detail, personal service and the delivery of memorable and flawless dining experiences.    

Kevin is a partner in DMKC and brings 23 years of culinary experience to this unique business. He has fed numerous Royalty and VVIP dignitaries including politicians. He was the personal chef for a former Adjutant General of the Armed forces for 18 months and during this stage of his career he learnt the reason why seasonal ingredients are key to ensure maximum flavour. Kevin has competed in various culinary challenges, including the prestigious "Hotel Olympia" held in London's Excel at the docklands, formerly Earl’s court. Kevin has gained valuable experience in all fields of catering and has adapted to ensure he is current with modern trends but importantly, that he has not lost his classical roots.
