You need 6 asparagus spears, 2 slices Parma ham & 1 tbsp olive oil. Blanche the asparagus for 2mins in boiling water, then wrap with ham in bundles of three. Rub with oil, season to taste & place in hot pan for 1min each side. Enjoy with a buerre blanc or hollandaise sauce.
