Take 4 hot cross buns, halve them and spread with your favorite marmalade then layer them in an ovenproof dish. Cover with vanilla custard and pop into a pre-heated oven at gas mark 4 (180 C) for 15 minutes. Serve as a delightful dessert to use up those left over buns!
